RecommendedI walked in a little over a year ago to get pricing on carpet for the basement. We already had a quote and did not think anyone could touch the price. Philip greeted me and we talked about what we wanted and he showed me a carpet and pad combo that was not only better quality than our quote but he beat the price without me even sharing my quote with him. Third time (third house) we have worked with Flack's for flooring. Brandon has been our sales guy for the last two installs. Excellent customer service. And the installers are always a pleasure to have hanging around for the day.
We had a good experience with Flacks and would definitely choose them again. We worked with Brandon and he was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy (which I really appreciate). Their pricing is also competitive. We had a minor issue arise after installation but Flacks took care of it promptly.
Philip was great to work with when we went in & made our selections & listened to our needs. They were able to schedule the install in an extremely timely manner & the pricing was very competitive. The installers were friendly & considerate of our home. We highly recommend them
We had such a great experience with our new carpet! We were helped beyond our expectations, to get quality carpet at the price we were comfortable with. Carpet is beautiful, nice and soft and the installers were quick and efficient and very nice! Thanks again guys!
Wonderful experience with Brandon and everyone at Flacks. They had a huge selection of wood flooring to choose from. We had carpet and older wood floors all replaced with new and gorgeous wood floors. The crew was in and out in two days, cleaning up behind them. What a team of hard workers! Brad Flack even came by to check on the progress! We were extremely impressed from beginning to end and we will use them again for our next flooring projects.
