In March of 2016, I woke up with a terrible pain in my left eye. I went to my regular Opthomologist, and he immediately referred me to Florida Eye Specialists. I was diagnosed with shingles in my eye. Dr. Ravi Patel placed me on a treatment regimen of eye drops and oral medication for the next 3 months to heal the "ulcer" in my eye. Even so, my cornea was badly scarred, and I needed a cornea transplant. Dr. Patel performed the surgery, and there was a long period of healing with more eye drops, more medication. I had a tragic accident with my eye and I cannot express the kindness we received from the front desk to the doctor and her team. Really appreciated the time they took. My eye is much, much better and I can thank them for treating it.
Dr. Kostick and his staff are wonderful. They are very good at what they do and we have, so far, never had to wait for an appointment. We drive 150 miles round trip to see Dr. Kostick and he and his staff have always been on time.
