LASIK procedure done at Dr Maida’s Office. Impeccable professionalism by Dr Chokshi, great bedside manner. Staff at Dr Maida’s office is 2nd to none (the nurses are on top of it!!). Wish I knew the nurses name whom assisted Dr Chokshi, she was AMAZING! She was reassuring during the procedure and gave me the utmost confidence in the process.

I am a patient of Florida Eye Specialists, but this was my first encounter with Dr. Chokshi, who saw me over a holiday weekend as an urgent care visit. He put me at ease, was very knowledgeable and attentive to my care. When I sent him an update two days later, he responded the same day. I highly recommend Dr. Chokshi.
I had Lasik with Dr.Chokshi last week and I am absolutely amazed at my results. As soon as I sat up from the surgery, my vision was already so much better than what it was just 30 minutes prior. I have worn glasses since the 2nd grade and have never really known what it is like to see without glasses or contacts. My vision just one day after was 20/15 in both eyes! Dr. Chokshi made me feel at ease about having Lasik and has a wonderful bedside manner. His office staff is amazing as well.
I highly recommend Dr. Chokshi and his staff. He is very professional and understanding of what you're going through. He also called and checked on me the night I got home from surgery. I also thought he was something when he gave me his personal cell phone number to call him if I had any concerns or problems while the office was closed. I have never seen a Dr. hand out their personal number. What a caring and wonderful physician, and staff!!
