I had an eye emergency and she opened her office just for me on Thanksgiving weekend. Truly a professional doctor.
I am out of State and was able to get a quick appointment as I thought my retina had a tear. Dr. Cowart and the whole staff were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and helpful with trying to get the records transferred. They went out of their way. Dr. Cowart was very good with explanations regarding my eye trouble. The technicians were so encouraging. I would make them my regular office if I lived here. I just wish they were in Oregon!Thanks team!
Dr. Cowart was very thorough. She evaluated the results of my tests and made a determination which put me at ease. I highly recommend her.
Dr Kostick was genuine and straightforward in pre op and confident and ready to fix the issue I had with one eye. I was never uncomfortable or in any pain nor incoherent coming out of anesthesia (that I recall) and went home with detailed instruction on meds, “do’s and don’ts” and appts for one day and one week followups. I can not detect the tube stent in one nostril that will be removed in 12 weeks. Kind and practical.
I was cursed with bad genes that resulted in terrible bags under my eyes. I was fortunate to find Dr Ahmed and when I met with her I was immediately impressed with her calm confidence and the way she described the changes I could expect from the surgery. The day of the operation I checked into the surgery center where I met Dr Ahmed who reassured me that I could expect positive changes to my eyes in the next week after I healed. He is thorough, he listens actively, he replies in-depth (and is happy to go over anything you might not understand) -- in short, he is superior in all ways a doctor should be. I am confident in his care and he has given me excellent advice. All the staff is welcoming, professional, and happy to help in any way. You have only two eyes: Trust them both with Dr. Koike.
A visit to this practice has always been stress free. I rarely have to wait more than 10 before I am seen. The staff is friendly and Dr. Chokshi explains what he is doing and is always willing to answer my questions. I never feel rushed.
