Highly recommend dog training here! I did the 10 day boarding option for my 6 month old huskey and when I came to pick her up she was a whole different dog! In the best way possible. Still her happy go lucky self just more disciplined and seeking guidance and leadership. I was nervous to board my 12 year old high anxiety puggle Cooper but he did great at Folsom Dog Resort. I love that he isn't kept in a kennel overnight and has his own space to move about. It's also nice they separate the dogs by size. Cooper came home from his stay happy and tired. I will definitely bring him back

We have a high energy German shepherd. Folsom Dog Resort trainers Bailey and Mike know how to handle our GSD. All of the handlers at Folsom Dog Resort have been so good to Wotan. When we get in the car to head over I'm sure he knows where we are going. He is visibly excited. :). We started using Folsom Dog Resort last year for training and then boarding. We could not be happier with their care for our dog. 1000% recommend this place for your pet training and boarding. So thankful.

I wanted to sincerely thank all of the staff from the bottom of my heart!! I never leave my baby anywhere and we had to make the tuff decision to board him for 5 days. This place went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. We have a very SPOILED English Bulldog and he tend to be a bully but they handled him with care and he did amazing!! We will be returning in April! We LOVE you guys and thank you so much! Kylo and the Jonson family!

Hands down the best daycare around! Our dogs shake with excitement pulling into the parking lot. I feel 100% confident that the staff loves, respects and treats our dogs with care. Their communication is beyond excellent. The training center is a must do! We take our dogs everywhere thanks to their help. From relatives houses to tent camping to paddle boarding to VRBOs, our dogs are well trained and can travel anywhere with us.

Folsom Dog Resort always treats my dog like their own. He comes home tuckered out from a long day of playing, but with better manners than before. I trust this place with my life and recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their doggy children.

I wish I could rate this higher! My dog loves coming here for daycare and overnight more than anything! The staff really takes care of him and I can tell my his excitement once we start driving in that direction. He comes home and sleeps for the rest of the night/morning because he had so much fun playing all day! I would recommend Folsom dog resort to anybody! They treat us like family!!

Important qualifier: as the daughter of a local Sacramento veterinarian who boarded small animals at his Carmichael location for over 4 decades, I can say that FDR is a great option for your pet. And while a pet hospital can be a good option, staff is rightly focused on caring for sick animals as a primary function (certainly some hospitals are more equipped than others to Board pets I do acknowledge). My pomsky and I LOVE doggy daycare. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. They love your puppy and take such good care, ensuring safety and FUN...lots of it! We recommended Folsom Dog resort to all of our friends and we always talk about how great they are. Wouldn't take our puppy anywhere else. EVER!
