Troy was amazing. He quickly identified what was causing my pain and offered solutions. It was great being able to leave with two pairs of shoes and orthotics. My feet haven't felt this good in six weeks! I will be taking my mom and husband there next. Thank you Troy!!!!

About 4 years ago, I bought a pair of shoe inserts from Foot Solutions to help with my plantar fasciitis. They've worked perfectly and I haven't had a moment of foot pain. I'm so glad I didn't purchase expensive custom orthotics. Fast forward to today. My dog got hold of my boots and chewed up one of my inserts! Troy took care of me. I felt he really cared that my feet were hurting. He asked about what my doctor had recommended, and talked to me about my condition and some similar conditions. He recommended the same thing my doctor had recommended: This was news to me: Both my doctor and Troy recommended "metatarsal pads." I could have bought them over the internet, but wanted to give a local business a chance. If I could give more than five stars I would, and I'm a tough critic. I stand for at least eight hours a day, mostly standing in the same place, so my feet were definitely killing me. I did a lot of research and read several Yelp reviews before choosing this place because I knew how expensive orthotics could be, and I'm glad I did. I came in on Saturday morning, it was busy probably as the store has only limited weekend hours. Troy was very helpful - he saw the problems of my current minimalist-style shoe and provided an alternative which had everything I like and was needing. It feels great to walk, jog, and train in them! I have back problems so I am reflecting on all my choices, including shoes. So I found myself in feet misery. I'm usually on my feet a good nine hours at work and I gotta tell ya my feet were screaming for a divorce!
