Rick is the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. He actually yelled at me and threatened to cancel my case because I asked him to re-send the form that was need to fill my prescription. I was told "It's not my job to babysit you or your doctor". When I tried to speak, he just kept yelling. How am I supposed to know that Foot Solutions still needed a doctor's signature if he didn't notify me?! My doctor sent a prescription for inserts to Foot Solutions. Rick the sales person , is one of the most disagreeable people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. He is combative, rude and has the worst attitude I have come across in a very long time. I have requested my Doctor find someone else to fill my prescription. If you like to be talked down to by a rude, abusive, "salesman" then use Rick from Foot Solutions, if not then find another business that treats you like a customer and not someone to battle with!

I tried this place once and have never had worse customer service. They do not return messages left on their voice mail, and the person who answered the phone has been extremely rude to me every time I have called. In addition, the quality of the work was terrible, and my inserts started curling up after the first time I wore them! I have worn my inserts for years and years, and walked all over Europe with them and never had a problem like this. I will never return.

I gave my daughter a gift certificate to replace a pair of her favorite nursing shoes that she had worn out. She had bought the shoes at a Foot Solutions store in Houston several years ago. Troy was the salesmen at the Austin store who helped her when she came to redeem the coupon. He sold her a similar shoe (a different brand, not as good a quality and not what she wanted) in a Size 8 and said that the company that manufactured her preferred. Her shoe size is 7 1/2.
