One year ago I broke both of my ankles and my shin bone. Went in there yesterday and the guy was very professional. He made a recommendation on a shoe after taking some measurements and standing on a computer. Those shoes have made all of the difference in the world! I'm running with 0 pain now. My Nikes were killing my ankles, but now I'm running smooth. If I knew shoes could make this big of a difference I would have been here months ago. I will shop at this place for life.

I have had trouble with my feet for several years, and after visits to a podiatrist and physical therapy, with no relief, I found Foot Solutions. I was warned that they would just want to sell me expensive orthotics, but after visiting with Troy for a first visit, I was very impressed with his concern and his knowledge. He helped me to get into a pair of custom orthotics that were far better than what the podiatrist had given me. While they weren't cheap, they gave me significant and immediate relief. Excellent customer service! I was referred to Foot Solutions by a friend whose husband needed custom orthotics. Ralph was extremely knowledgable and patient. He spent a good 30-45 minutes talking to me about my heel pain and suggesting a good insert to help correct the problem. He explained things in a super easy to understand way. I couldn't afford the custom inserts that were recommended to me but he had a non-custom alternative. I'll definitely be back and sending customers his way. Sometimes, I feel like I have feet of gold or that they have an invisible million dollar price tag on them? Sometimes, I wonder why can't I have normal feet where I just go to Payless, and the first shoe I pick up off the shelf fits wonderfully. But no, my feet like designer Italian shoes and Israeli comfort shoes and other such nonsense, and I really don't have the pocketbook to keep up with their stupid appetite. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes at Foot Solutions. Ralph ordered a pair of Brooks running shoes in a 2A on my first visit and called me in a week to tell me they were in, just as he said he would. Perfect! Just what I needed! I love Foot Solutions! Ralph was so knowledgeable and helpful - and a lot of fun too! I have very high arches and walk fairly long distances three to four days every week (from 5 -6 miles one day to 10-12 miles on other days). I recently purchased my second pair of Chung Shi's which are the perfect shoes for me because of the great arch support. He also added some pads to support the balls of my feet which are extremely helpful for the longer walks. I would highly recommend Foot Solutions! Ralph Rocks!

Despicable! They should be ashamed of themselves! We were treated like we were bothering them! We were the only ones in the store! My mom picked out a pair and as they were writing them up she decided to look at I different pair. UGH! I thought you made up your mind already! The other gentleman pretty much told her she was being difficult-He didn't even lift his head up from computer! If they don't like their jobs then they should find another profession! Terrible Service! Go somewhere else! Don't give them your business!!!
