I was looking for Birkenstock insoles in a size that must be very popular because they are very hard to find. I think this was the only place that claimed to have them so I ordered two pair. No problem there. The e-commerce system when you check out won't let you print the page for your records but the right side of the page won't show up on the print. I needed an incert for my German made sandals and came to the store to purchase new inserts. They had a sample of a better insert for my shoe, but didnāt have the insert presently in stock. So to make my day, they removed the inserts from another pair, another style of shoe and used it to make mine work. I was very appreciative of that and also purchased a new pair of sporty dress looking sneaker type shoes. One caution these shoes are not inexpensive, but I expect to walk the life out of them. Thereās or mine.Ā
