I worked with Mike Day in purchasing my 2014 Ford Escape and while there were many computer generated issues from the start, the service team fixed the issues and always made sure I was taken care of, whether they brought me to work, picked me up or dropped my car back to me. My service tech, Jeremy, was in constant contact with me, letting me know what was happening and went above and beyond when things weren’t going well. My car is 100%, I’m super satisfied with the team at Ford of Hibbing and HIGHLY recommend them !

Excellent service, always friendly, offers to pick customs up and drop them. Will loan them a vehicle if needed. I only go to them for service on my vehicles the past 12 years. Amazing crew in Hibbing!!!
