Ryan and Jamie were very good to work for us. This is our second vehicle from Ford of Hibbing.
Ok folks here it is. Couple weeks ago I brought my new to me used truck in to Ford of Hibbing for a door locking issue nobody else would take on the job. Long story short the staff was amazing kept me updated on status of repairs. Problem ended up being a part of the computer which was on back order. Once part arrived they called me back to get it installed. All in all went very well. Over the years I’ve had a few different ford vehicles and I’ve gone and bought other brands but I always come back to ford. I just purchase another ford from Ford Of Hibbing the purchase was stress free and easy to do and I always come back to ford again and again for the excellent service department it is unbeatable thank you again
Had such a great experience getting our Explorer through Ryan in September of 2018, so we knew who to go back to for our second one! He is so helpful and took the time with us to go through everything, so you know how to use everything when you drive it off the lot. Always gets back to you quickly and made it a great experience!
