Mike was excellent in the service he provided for me when I wanted to trade my car for a newer one. He made the process so seamless for the purchase. Ok folks here it is. Couple weeks ago I brought my new to me used truck in to Ford of Hibbing for a door locking issue nobody else would take on the job. Long story short the staff was amazing kept me updated on status of repairs. Problem ended up being a part of the computer which was on back order. Once part arrived they called me back to get it installed. All in all went very well.
