Ford of Hibbing provides excellent service and customer service! My vehicle had a recall issue. They fixed it and I also had them change the oil....kudos to them! �
Excellent customer service....Excellent service Dept Mgr.Jeff.. they treat you so good here! Will never buy/ service my vehicle anywhere else.. My old car had an extended warranty that should have been good at all Ford dealerships. I don't live in Hibbing, but was up visiting Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 when my 2008 Ford Escape's power steering went out. I brought it in to Ford of Hibbing and Jeff worked hard to fit me in to the Service Dept.'s busy schedule. I just can't thank you guys enough for your quick, friendly service. They had the part in stock and fixed my car by the end of the day! Thank you Jeff in Service and Jeff the Mechanic - you guys saved the day!!
