Verified Renter I’ve lived here almost two years, after first term, I moved to other cities, after coming back to Mt Prospect, I moved back to Forest Cove because I love it here! Jennifer(Community Manger) is highly professional and kind, basically every supporting staffs are professional and kind! The environment around the complex is naturally with some wildlife! Any kinds of smoking substances are prohibited even on the parking lot! That’s a plus!
Business response:
Thank you! Returning to Forest Cove says it all. We're glad Jennifer and the team continue to make this community feel like home.
Verified Renter I really like the common areas they spend the time on cleaning and order, that means a lot to the community and the management service is excellent.
Verified Renter I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The management team has been very attentive, friendly, and professional, and they’ve made the overall experience feel welcoming and well-managed. Maintenance has been helpful when they do come out, though response times can sometimes be a bit slow. I think improving turnaround time for maintenance requests would make a big difference.
Verified Renter Overall I like living here.
