I went here in hopes of seeking help with a very usual problem my cat was having. I ended up paying over $500 for basic bloodwork and urine analysis, a check-up and a painkiller which ended up doing more harm. They did not take any urine, but asked me to prepay the urine analysis for an upcoming visit. When I cancelled the upcoming visit well in advance and asked for a refund of the urine analysis, I was told it was cheaper to pay for both than just the bloodwork which they did do. RecommendedUpdate: Ruining Dr. Luger's legacy of being a practice that cares for the well being of the animal first. Client with five cats, all around 10 years old, for 10 years. I have spent $34K at this facility. I have a Sphynx who has seven heart defects and was never supposed to make it past 2 years old. Miraculously she is 9 1/2 years old. Dr. Luger recommended Dr Kramer, cardiologist, from the time Lucy was 14 weeks old and she goes every year and reports are mailed back to FHCH.
