Forest Hills Cat Hospital was founded in 1974 by Dr. Jay Luger. In the mid 1970′s the idea of a cat’s only hospital was revolutionary because small animal practices were primarily dog-centric. During that period there were less than a handful of feline only practices. Nowadays there are more than 200 feline only practices in the US. RecommendedMy mom has been going to Dr Luger since the 70's and there's a reason why she sticks with him! He's thorough and compassionate to the animals and owners and will try and answer every question to the best of his abilities. Love this place!
They were very kind and understanding as we had to make the difficult decision to send our little baby to heaven. They are very worthy of your trust.
I wish I never had to visit the hospital but unfortunately every now and then I have to bring one of my babies in. Dr. Luger is amazing, the staff is so helpful and my Frankie likes the fact that there is no barking when he has to spend time there.
