Your staff member Karen at the Melvile ny store was nice enough to call me to point out that I had ordered the wrong cover for my new patio set that I had bought at Fortunof. The person from hq customer service was also quite helpful in canceling my order promptly. Karen saved me a lot of trouble, and when I went to go pick up the right one she was very helpful. Good example of someone going the extra mile.
