Great assortment of product, salesclerk very informative and answered all our questions. She was very helpful in making our decision. Transaction was quick and easy although we had a minor issue when are charge card did not process . It appears the equipment you had in the store was old and didn’t take our chip quickly and we had to reprocess it - but all went through and was treated professionally. Our hand carry outdoor rug was taken to the car by a sales associate. Our order is being delivered this Saturday… hopefully it ... read more

Went to Fortunoff’s a few times to decide on my outdoor dining set and the sales rep Bill was very helpful at all times . Purchased a Beautiful Naples set along with a serving cart - Can’t wait for Summer to start enjoying it…..
