In October 2021 I purchased some outdoor furniture from FBS. All but one piece was delivered intact. But one piece, an ottoman was stained. The store said they would replace it. It is now 19 months since I ordered this furniture and FBS cannot or will not replace this Ottoman. FBS has, on many occasions tried to rectify this situation by 1) delivering another stained ottoman as a replacement or 2) repeatedly calling my house and setting up a delivery date but not showing up.
