When we recently purchased a towel rack for our hot tub out near our pool, we quickly realized we needed another one for our pool. So, we called Fred at the North Wilmington store, asked if he had another one and if we could pay the same reduced price for which he had sold us the previous one. Well, first, you had EXACTLY what we came to the store to buy. Second, Fred, our salesperson, was delightfully informative and extended us a discount to take the item off the floor. When we also looked at outdoor rugs in the store, Fred was very accommodating and professional, showing us all the available inventory and providing us with requested dimensions on rugs without those figures. Very helpful! Took time to help w measurements
We had a great shopping experience at Fortunoff backyard store looking at the huge assortment of inventory. We choose a beautiful table with wicker chairs for the deck as well as a great sectional with an ottoman and coffee table. A wonderful sale is on, we are thrilled with our purchases. And delivery in three days!
