When we recently purchased a towel rack for our hot tub out near our pool, we quickly realized we needed another one for our pool. So, we called Fred at the North Wilmington store, asked if he had another one and if we could pay the same reduced price for which he had sold us the previous one. Well, first, you had EXACTLY what we came to the store to buy. Second, Fred, our salesperson, was delightfully informative and extended us a discount to take the item off the floor. When we also looked at outdoor rugs in the store, Fred was very accommodating and professional, showing us all the available inventory and providing us with requested dimensions on rugs without those figures. Mike was a terrific salesman. I laid out my problem and in less than a half hour we came to a solution set that was very beautiful and economic as well. I’ve done business with this company before and I keep going back. On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, they are an 11!
