Foster was so wonderful and organized and easy to work with. He nudged me to do tasks in just the right way, and was very responsive to questions. Especially as we were doing a condo conversion, there were additional complications for Foster, but he was so easygoing and profession in working with all the condo owners, that it made the process as smooth as it could be.
