Foster did an excellent job on two of our refinances. He made sure we understood every sentence, every step of the way. He always provided "open" options, being certain not to give his own personal advice. He is organized and thorough. He was on time for all appointments. On both refi's, we did really well. Foster knows the ins and outs in a complex business! I'm a real estate broker and he's helped my buyers obtain financing on the simple single family homes, as well as helping get financing for units in a newly created condo complex that was a conversion from a 3 unit triplex into a 3 unit condo complex. It took A LOT of effort, but it worked out great in the end!
