Foster has helped me with my initial mortgage generation. Then I have refinanced twice with him over the past few years. He has always gotten me the best rate. He has also provided a lot of guidance and advice thru this complicated process. We have always closed the mortgage on time!

I have had the pleasure of working directly with Foster and he has shown incredible adaptability with potential clients that has let him excel in his business. His uncanny ability to know what the client wants before they tell him makes customers feel comfortable with him. His flexibility allows him to quickly switch tactics if the customer changes their mind about something at the last minute. I enjoy working with him.
We had a difficult transaction requireing two loans on two different properties that all had to come together at the same time. Foster was great and made it happen.
