The chaps that came and packed my crate were excellent. Helpful and very obliging. Office called at 8:45am to apologise that they were going to be late. They were due at 8:30am. I was disappointed that I had not had a call earlier. However the chaps made up for my frustration.

The removal staff were prompt polite and patient. They worked very hard, tried their best but could not get everything into the new house and we did find they brought over things that we wanted left behind. All in all very good service, Thank you

Alex and Kevin were very friendly and totally professional. Arrived on time and loaded quickly and safely. Good suggestions were made to ensure extra protection for some items. Dismantled 2 beds and very large recliner sofa and re-assembled on arrival. Nothing damaged or broken. I would 100% recommend Fox's Removals.
