I was informed that I would be paying more for a ‘premium service’ which I was happy with. Fox had been recommended to me. However, on the day, when putting the furniture in my new home, walls were marked, doors were damaged and the furniture was also damaged. I appreciate that accidents happen sometimes but this was through lack of care and rushing. Fox rectified the door and wall damage but there are marks to the furniture due to lack of care. I expected a better service and would unfortunately not recommend the company.
