It took over 8 hours to move from a storage to a 2 story townhome. There wasn't much to move in terms of big furniture pieces or heavy items. The movers came without proper tools to un-assemble a bedroom set and one of them was drunk dripping sweat all over the floor and eating the entire time. He followed me around sayin "I need to make it worth his while". creepy. I provided lunch and a water cooler, no one else ate much, this guy ate the most. It took over 8 hours to move from a town home to a 2 storey home. There wasnt much to move interms of big furniture pieces or heavy items. The movers came without proper tools to un-assemble a bedroom set and fridge. PLEASE STAY CLEAR!!! YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER ELSEWHERE!!! I don't write negative reviews, but this company should be avoided. The management for this company is abrupt, rude and not willing to take full responsibility for thousands of dollars worth of damage to floors, walls, and stairs while attempting to deliver a refrigerator purchased from Lowes. Fox moving company is the worst company I’ve ever used. The owners have no idea what goes on inside there business nor do they have any customer service skills. I was quoted one price and it ended up being twice as much, cause the workers packed and moved stuff I asked them not too. I have someone else’s furniture, and missing some of my stuff. I hired Fox to help me move in September, two guys showed up. One of them in flip flops to go up and down stairs to a 3rd floor apartment. To top it off they stole from me. I contacted Fox on several occasions finally got through to someone higher up. They shared they would look into it and get back to me.....never a call back. If you want to do half the move yourself and have your items stolen go ahead and hire them.
