I had a scheduled appointment and the company did not inform me that my movers would not come out on that day to move my property. I was rescheduled two days later and the movers were an hour late. This company is very unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone. Caprice hounded me to use this company but was not around once the problems begin. Thanks to TJ and his associate for the a job well done I don’t fault those two guys they were outstanding. Don’t trust the office staff!!!
The paperwork was wrong and the owner was not concerned with what I was going through his only concerned was high much time that I was paying for and pointed out that if I go over time I would have to pay he didn’t address what my problem was and very harsh and cold no I will not recommend this company but I will report it to the BB
The service was horrible a nightmare the men showed up two hours late with no regard to respecting my time. Wrong boxes , extortion of money. I was given a flat rate over the phone then when it was time to pay the doubled the price. And I was told by the rep I had no chose but to pay the higher price or they would keep my furniture and charge me storage rate per day. Two reps hung up the phone and laughed. This was a traumatic experience. No one has called or follow up. This was a disastrous.
I had a terrible moving experience with this company. So unprofessional and not truthful at all. My move out went well. They asked what were my special items to take extra care of. I told them an antique China cabinet that was in my family. When they arrived for move in they opened the back of the truck and my China closet was face down on the glass broken. Worst moving experience of my life. Paid deposit for 9AM to 11AM time slot on 10/24/20 for 2 men. Arranged for college aged son and 3 friends to be available until 2PM to minimize moving time. Fox did not show up until 3PM and took until 10PM to load my 3 BDRM, 2 BATH apartment, (NO Dining Room Furniture or Appliances, but 3 beds and typical furnishings). Arrived at my new home 6 miles away at 11:30. Finished unloading at 4:00 AM and charged me $1405. Didn't set up beds and most all heavy items were left in my garage. DON'T ... read more
My experience with fox movers was not what I anticipated. At the time of booking,(6/10/2020) my experience with Marisa was great. Marisa was professional and pleasant, she made sure I was taken care of regarding my Upcoming move on June 27,2020. My move was scheduled at 9:00 am with Marisa. My move was confirmed the week of as well as the day before. This by far is the worst move I have ever experienced. A three man crew promised to arrive at 9 am arrived at 10:24. They are to do a full pack and move. It is now 7:48 pm. Gary surveyed my house, made promises of time and materials and the crew did not have the packing supplies promised. The truck is finally full and at my new destination. STAY AWAY FROM FOX MOVING AT ALL COSTS! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! And, don’t believe for a minute that anything has changed under their “new management”. They are dishonest and careless, and use guys who have no idea what they are doing. My daughter, who has never used a moving company in her life, hired them to move her belongings from an apartment to her first house. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I used this company to move 3 (THREE) pieces of furniture from a storage unit to an apartment less than 4 miles away. I was assured that the assembly of furniture was included in the flat rate, hourly fee of $139. When i came home to my new apartment not only was NONE of my furniture put together, but my dresser was also damaged in multiple areas!!!!
