Marcus and Courtney were my movers and were outstanding. I was so on edge and they took all of my stress away. They were so efficient, and made a crazy day so much better!

Writing this for my partner who used them and I watched! This moving company took 7 hours to move a one bedroom???? Are you kidding me? I would never recommend them. I saw the good reviews and thought they’d be a good option, but I was wrong. They arrived late. They scheduled for 9 and got there at 10:45, the took MULTIPLE smoke breaks. I’m fine if you need a minute, but 7 hours to move a one bedroom. C’mon. They were unorganized had no idea how to work as a team. I paid this company a little more then 2k to move my stuff. Heath the sales rep came to my house and I showed him what I needed to move and he suggested a 2 day move packing and then moving the next. The movers showed up and wanted to hurry up with the job and move my things that day. We told them that isn’t possible since my apartment wasn’t ready. They were very rude about it. I used fox moving once before and LOVED the service. But Saturday I used them again to move a baby grand piano, an upright, a china cabinet, grill, fridge, two small couches, and bar. I let them know that there were many stairs in the house, and stairs to get in, but the destination was a flat one floor load in. The person I scheduled the move with said that 3 guys would be perfectly fine and I even got a discount for being a repeat customer. With that, we left it and I eagerly awaited my move. We used Fox Moving to move our belongings into storage until we could get into our new house. We paid for 3 movers and only 2 showed up. One showed up high as a kite. They were incredibly slow!! We had a 2000sq ft house and had already moved all of our boxes. It took them FOUR hours to move just our furniture. They stopped and ate lunch before they were done. They ended up refunding us for 45mins. We used Atlanta Movers this past week to move our things from storage into our new house. They were great!! It took them 2hrs, ... read more

Our first movers (All My Sons) didn’t show and left us in a predicament sitting with our 93 year-old mother waiting. Luckily Fox Moving had a slot opened on the same day. For that we were grateful. However, they showed up with no boxes, no wardrobes as requested. So, my sisters and family spent the next five days moving all the non-furniture items. The two movers did a pretty good job moving the furniture.....scratched up the top of a day bed a good bit.

When moving the piano, it was obvious they didn’t know what they were doing and broke the leg to the piano. Told me to call the insurance company...:(

First of all they were 3 hours late and secondly, Charged us extra bc they didn’t have a truck locally and also didn’t notify us of that until 2 days before moving date. On top of what we had to pay the driver ask for a $80 gratuity per person
