I called around 11 am and they set out a very informative man Nick Goff within the same day. He explained his process and what to expect. He assured me if I have any more antvor bee problems or any pest control to give a call. Very good service.
Unfortunately very poor initially. Timed him at 18 minutes from front door to truck to leave. Did not perform the required initial service which I was informed by follow up technician takes at least 40 minutes. Did not spray roofline eaves, or deck. All of which I was specifically told had to be done. Had to have a return service from another technician. I usually don't give reviews this harsh but this was egregious. Our technician came- on time and was very nice. He was able to identify the small insects that started growing in our house for the last 2 months. He was able to also treat those areas inside and out. He let me know about these insects- how they get in house, they don’t bit, etc. the info gave me a game plan to insulate windows and doors more. Thank you.
Eli is the best. Since he started helping us with our service we havent had any pests coming into the house. Super kind and considerate. Always look forward to him visiting.
