Great service! Stephen was an awesome technician. He was patient and informative. He paid attention to details and explain every single things. He pointed out even small things to look into for home maintenance! It was a great experience. I hope to have him back next time! Would recommend this company and tech. They responded immediately to my needs and even have a two week follow up.
Our technician Matthew was above and beyond. I mean he crawled into my craw space to check for animals without hesitation when he didn't have too!!! He was super respectful and most important, he took his time explaining the services that Fox pest was going to provide and everything that he was here to do. I was so thankful you all were able to come out so quickly after my initial call. Damien was prompt, gave me ample time prior to his arrival, was kind, excellent with my dog, and did a fantastic job around our home. I am really happy we made the decision to finally get some assistance in combating pests and am really glad we were able to start working with you guys so easily.
Nicolas Goff answered my questions and discussed my specific problem. We had an interesting conversation. We came to a mutual understanding and plan of action. He did his part, and we will do ours going forward.
Our Fox technician, Elijah D. was extremely efficient. We had a text that he was on his way, and another when he arrived. He performed the work required on our property. We were home at the time, and he was very polite and respectful, explaining what he was doing. We were pleased with his service.
