I have been with Fox Pest Control for two years now. My experience with them has been outstanding. I live near a fast-food restaurant and a grocery store. We've had issues in the past with spiders, ants, and disgustingly mice. They have come out 4 times every year to respray for the spiders and the ants. They cover inside and out ( which was huge ) and we haven't had an issue with mice since. Solar eclipse must've sent the ants into a frenzy, we noticed last night. We have had a great experience with Fox. A rep came to our door because they were servicing our next door neighbor's yard. He reviewed everything with my husband and then came back the next day when I was home to go over the specifics. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We set up a day for the tech to come. He came to the door to let me know he was here. Explained what he would be doing and then let me know when he was done. They sent me a contract. When I called them they respond and send someone immediately and fix the BB problem . But after few weeks BB come back again which is not appreciated . But they promised to fix the problem again free .I liked that .

I would recommend Fox Pest Control. They we on time, honest and very nice. Did an inspection of the entire house inside and out and then explained their findings.

My wife is sick and on pain medication for a major back surgery. A sales man showed up out of the blue and pressured her into signing a contract. My wife told him that we once had major ant problem but that it had been treated and the ants were gone. He told her that they may still be in our walls, we just can't see them and she should sign up right away. I live in Dewitt and recently had a pest control technician from this company knock on my door. I answered the door and they tried to sell me their services and their selling tactics were very pushy and annoying. I told them I already had a pest control company, they asked me who it was and I told them I use M&M pest control and they were quick to say they don't do good work. The ants actually came inside and inundated the house every time they sprayed. Compound that with a $250 contract cancellation fee and you get 0 value from them.

The salesman that came to my house was very good. He scammed me until a two year contract told me I only had to pay when they came to spray my yard and my house which was a lie. I wanted my yard sprayed for ticks and mosquitoes and he said we do both of those that's a lie they do not do mosquitoes. so if I could, I would not give them any stars. Total scammers.
