I was with Frank from for nine years and their fees continue to rise yearly and when I wanted to terminate my service because I found a cheaper payroll company I was told I had to give a six week notice or get charge $1900 for a cancellation fee. Now I was told on my last Pay period to fulfill this commitment that I have to pay $900 owner minimum. Wow Check out ADP payroll their services are amazing and cheaper
Very Unprofessional, I spoke with a lady named Kelly, whom besides being rude, completely hang up on me twice. Once a customer, not anymore. I do not recommend this company to others, especially if you are trying to run a business and need clarification in anything.
Make sure you know what you are getting into with FC. Their WC and Payroll has hidden fees and charges. If payroll isn't run in 2 weeks they cancel you, you lose all the deposit money you spent and then they charge you an additional 1% of the gross payroll amount in a cancellation charge. So on an annual $31,000- annual payroll they'll charge you another $310- to cancel. I'm in business for over 20 years Never have I had such an awful experience. Don't waste your time with Frank Crum.
