EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CROOKED COMPANY does not care about their clients. had an issue with a workers comp inspector and asked FrankCrum to write a letter and they refused to write anything, nothing happened to our employee no claim was filed and they still refused after they sent us an approved hire date. after they had provided us with a hire date of an employee and then said they were not going to write a letter because inspector saw our employee at 9am and information was received at 9:45am. I just recently got off the phone with an employee Ryan from FrankCrums Tampa office and there was Mis communication about an event and he was very rude, told me (exact words) 'come on man' and hung up the phone me! Very unprofessional. If you're looking for a company I would NOT recommend this staffing company who treat employees this way. Smh.
