We are about to go into year #2 with Frank Crum. Payroll goes smoothly and my payroll person is GREAT. Its pretty easy to get a hold of our contacts in other departments when we need to, which is not very often.
I have been dealing with FrankCrum for almost a year now, they have our payroll done on time; we have had no issues! Their agents are always friendly and helpful. I have had to deal with multiple departments there and each one is as friendly and courteous as the other. Would highly recommend them for any business looking for employee leasing.
We've been with FrankCrum since the tail end of March of this year - so just a few months. The transition from our old system to working with FrankCrum was pretty hectic but went smoothly. All of my questions, and there were a lot, were answered. I have had one blip that was my fault (I'm still learning the nuances) but our Franklin Painting LLC Payroll Rep Sheila Radford was quick to help me out and rectify my error. My hope is that things will continue along as smoothly and we'll have a long business relationship.
They are great to work with--ease of payroll, onboarding, very cooperative, excellent options for our employees ( health insurance ) total insurance and payroll! Highly recommend!
