Freddie was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and every step of the way it seemed like he wanted us to get the most out of our refinance. He’s got the “customer service” that you wouldn’t Imagine. If I needed help in the later hours of the day, he would take the time to help. We were a week into working with Freddie and it was the weekend of July 4th. Freddie still helped all through the weekend.
