Freddie Bates is friendly and a pleasure to work with! The process of securing a house meant a lot of paperwork which sometimes was confusing. but Freddie demystified those by answering my questions straightforwardly and on my level. He texted me promptly whenever there was a document to be signed, which was helpful because I don't check my emails frequently. He also warned me of unnecessary and expensive mistakes associated with house purchase, which I greatly appreciate!

Freddie always took the the time to answer our questions and concerns and always made us feel like it was going to be ok. We were nervous through all of this and never once did he brush us off! He’s an amazing mortgage Guy and I will tell everyone I know to use him!!!
