While my client and I were happy with Freddie, our experience with Underwriting was absolutely horrible. The delays in processing, the lack of communication with the lender, the redundant and vague requests, and the sheer disregard for the client was astounding. Because of these things, my client was 24 hours from being homeless! I've been a very loyal agent to Freddie and have taken my clientele wherever he went, but this experience makes me question my confidence in Equity Prime.

Communication was poor. Dumped off on someone else who didn’t communicate and then Freddie tried to rush through it all when it didn’t have to be that way. POOR communication. If you are the expert then you should be guiding your clients not expecting them to know what you know already. Do not quote figures to make yourself look like the hero if/when the amount decreases. No one should have to chase you or beg you for information. HORRIBLE experience that could have been avoided. DO NOT USE!
