I am very glad that I choose Freedom Fence, Hal came out to my house and explained everything, the price was great and he was able to answer all of my questions. Joe came out and helped me with my pitbull/lab to learn the boundaries but then came out a year later to help me after my dog figured out how to escape. We have not had another problem since. I recommended them to my neighbor as well.
Hal is a great guy. we have had our fence for over 9 years. Very responsive when we have needed anything. He is just a phone call away. If you need a dog fence and dog training he's the guy.
The product is American made which was the finally selling point for me. We've had the fence for a bit over a week and my dog Loves her freedom. We have had so much fun playing without the chain impeding our actions. Joe was wonderful in helping use understand how to work with our dog and Hal is great at the customer service. My neighbors have asked about the fence and I have passed along Freedom Fence contact info.
After comparing electric dog fence companies .. Freedom fence gave me the best deal as far as technology used and price. Hale was great to work with and is a man of his word. I never had a problem with the fence so far and its been a year. They trained my dog and in one day he knew exactly what his boundaries were and never overstepped them. Follow up calls one week, two weeks and a month after installation would have most appreciated just to insure all is well. Customers like to be assured all is well.

Called about break in invisible fence. I received an immediate response with quote, and set up an appointment through Hal. Technician (Joe) arrived on time next day and fixed fence quickly. He was also kind enough to explain what he did and stayed to fix my dog's collar. These guys provide absolutely terrific, timely service at a good price. What more could you want? I highly recommend Freedom Fence!
