Terrible product. Expensive and the collar shocked my dog when she was just laying down on the floor inside. I addressed the issue and they changed the collar. The product also did not keep my dog within the designed area. I eventually switched to Invisible Fence Of Newtown, CT. I would not recommend this to anyone.
DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE
They came the day after we moved in and installed the fence in no time. We had a problem with the collars the following weekend and the owner of the company stopped what he was doing and come right over to the house. I cannot imagine better customer service.

Horrible. The men sent out were inexperienced. The collar is way too big for a small dog and overall, no one even called to check and see how the fence was working or if we were pleased. Which we weren't.
