Spoke to salesman and he didn’t call back. I called back and then they said it was sold. I said I was trying to buy it and guy never called back. Then 5 days later it was available and I put $1000 deposit on it. Drive from NC to Tennessee and am told when they cranked it the engine smoked. Would take to Mercedes and see about fixing. Had appointment to come and test drive the van! Drove one hour and twenty minutes to find out it had sold the day before! Had confirmation number in my email and they sold it!
I scheduled an appointment to test drive truck. I drove over an hour to the dealership only to find out the truck was in the shop and had been for several days. Salesman didn’t seem to concerned.

Received email from salesman, which was obviously computer generated. Went to dealership to see truck and after waiting for quite some time for a salesman, they told me they would email me a quote. Never received it so I called salesman. He said he would send it. Still never received it so I moved on.

A salesman contacted me and promised to send pictures of the truck and never did, I called back and got another salesman....he too promised pictures and never got them. I called back a third time got yet another salesman that was rude, said he would get back with me when he 'got time'...… and of course never did.. This place is a joke, I will never contact these clowns again.

Very very poor excuse for a major dealership. Had this truck on the lot for sale with a blown head gasket, no rear brakes, no emergency brake, transmission leaking and minus 1 battery and all 4 tires had different tread. Before I knew of the mechanical issues I traded for this truck. Drove 285 back to Nashville, Tn and it broke down as I pulled in my driveway. They left me 5 days without a vehicle. Poor experience with this car lot. Went to look at the explorer said they have decided to wholesale it the motor was bad.
