Poor experience with this car lot. Went to look at the explorer said they have decided to wholesale it the motor was bad. Talked to another Salesman he said he took it in on trade his self, car wasn't even traded in at autonation here in Jc and he told me he had the keys in his pocket, he said he didn't know anything about it being wholesaled and it was still on the lot.. called and left the used car manager a msg.. never called me back ended up buying a Volkswagen Touareg from competition, autonation was a terrible experien... read more
They told me that it was sold, then a few days later they called and said that deal didn't go though.
Called me three times to confirm that I was going to show for an appointment that I made. When I got there the suv that I wanted had issues and they brought out another car with 197000 miles on it and tried to see it to me. I will never go back to that place again
Went to the dealership to look at a Ford Explorer. I looked it over, then I went into the showroom. Stood there for a couple minutes. Which is strange...usually you go on or in a dealership, they are on you like white on rice. No problem though, I just went over to a salesman's desk and asked about the SUV. So, after driving it for ten minutes, I requested to test drive overnight. Salesman said he wasn't sure if they allowed overnight test drives. Really? Our traid in was worth more that they gave other dealerships gave us more was very disapointed.
Took to long for a response.I'm ready to buy it took 3 days to hear back
Will not negotiate their high used car prices and they do not do correct inspection on used cars. Some don't even run right at all.
