Great experience! I haven't bought a car since 2001 and was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. I had a car make and color in mind, found it, drove it, and bought it. My salesman was extremely helpful and very easy going. Outside of endless paperwork, through no fault of their own, it was an amazing experience.

2015 Dodge Challenger Purchase Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Bristol is in a category unto its self as far as i am concerned.Excellent in every area from purchasing an automobile to the parts department on to the service department.I have told many acquaintances and neighbors about Friendship and i intend to continue to do so in the future.
No complaints here These guys are great. I noticed the model of vehicle that I have been eye-balling for awhile now, sitting on their lot. I had to have this car. So, an hour and a half later I took it home! These guys are really easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! This was my first car purchase from a dealership and I wasn't expecting it to be that easy!
Great buying from Friendship Dodge Had been to 2 other Dodge dealers 1 in Kingsport and 1 in Johnson City, neither one of them would match the prices of the Dodge dealers that are 2 hours outside of my area. But then I went to Friendship Dodge in Bristol, showed the prices of other dealers and they help and not just match the price but beat the price. Justin was great and very helpful if you go ask for Justin. Thanks Friendship Dodge for helping me keep my money local and not driving 2 hours down the road for a great deal!
