Very nice and efficient dealership.. Initially was turned off by the normal pressure you find at car dealerships.."When are you gonna pick it up" seem to be a phrase that is standard among salesman..and Friendship was no different (even 3 locations). That wouldn't be so bad..but when you have not even made a decision weather you want the vehicle or not? That being said. Three time buyer! One word, easy. No hassle, friendly staff, and very professional. I went to a local competitor Dealership earlier in the day, and needless to say they had no time for me. Went back to the guys at Friendship, and drove away in my new Jeep, with a better price.

What a great car-buying experience Fantastic treatment by sales staff and everyone else at the dealership. Fair trade-in value for my car. Little negotiation needed.
