From Shelly who answered all my questions and followed through with my requests for specific pictures of the vehicle,(I was coming in from Wisconsin to buy the car) to John Maiden the salesman who was exceptional and picked me up at the airport and finally the service Tech "Rocker" who stopped what he was doing to fix a couple of small things (dome light bulbs). Friendly Went to lot to look at a possible trade, met salesman representative there, very good customer care looking at car, driving and making an offer. I have no problem looking at there inventory on my next purchase.

Great Customer Service and Friendly My wife and I set out to trade in our truck that was useful, but heavy on fuel. I found a great car at a great price to replace my truck. TJ - salesman at Friendship has great communication skills and is very efficient. I recommend anyone to check this dealership out. The registration has been a little slow, as my temp. tag expires in 4 days and haven't received my state registration yet. Overall, great experience!

Excellent customer service! I found a 2007 Tahoe on cars.com and contacted the dealership via emails. The staff at Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge where outstanding in customer service!!! Between the really low price and what they gave me for my trade in, I couldn't pass the deal up and drove my new Tahoe home that evening. The staff bent over backwards for me during the sale and the weeks after!!!
