I changed the fob battery many times . . I did again the other day . .just took one from a new package that I bought last summer . . couldn't open/lock the doors or start the car without holding the fob next to the start button . . on line sites said my newer car had to have a new fob programmed to the car . . couldn't do it myself . . I'm an old white haired woman with a credit card . . expected to have to buy a new fob (HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS) . . thanks to Alex (with help from Dwayne) all it took was a $7 new battery . .... read more

The service department is phenomenal. Walker was able to book me in last minute and Dee was so nice, shuttling me to and from work.

Recently, having problems with my CRV starting as well as leaking oil. From booking the appointment to walking out the door, everything went smoothly. They had the parts that I needed, and car was fixed the same day! All the staff that we came in contact with was courteous and kind. Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future!
