This service dept. is wholly competent and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful...they truly make you feel like you are part of their "family". My wife and I feel safe riding in our Honda Ridgeline, having depended on their quality service for over 10 years.
The service was good, the man who waited on me was excellent. Complaint was beyond his control. $734 + was rather expensive for the 60,000 mile check up. Also, whoever scheduled my visit for the recall on the fuel pump didn’t check to see if the parts were available. They weren’t. Have to drive 40 minutes to get there.
Super friendly and caring service in the repair department; however, in reading a number of the followup recommendations below I do wonder just what this page is all about, certainly more than automotive aspects of this firm!!
The Service department did the oil change for my Hyundai Santa Fe Nov. 22, 2023. Very courteous. They checked my tires, brakes, air filters. Great job.
