One vehicle experienced a problem the day after purchasing, and upon returning to the dealership it was immediately addressed and I was provided a car overnight while a new transmission sensor was installed. Excellent end-to-end experience. We were interested in a car that came in a limited color/year finding it at Friendship Honda. We were going to need to travel from Texas to pick it up. John Martin did a great job of describing the vehicle condition, getting us photos and providing additional information. I had a wonderful salesman, his name was Gene Messenkopf. Gene spent a lot of time with me, showing me multiple vehicle choices.
