Had timing belt changed cost $700.00 they didn't change timing belt tensioner which you can ask any Shop that it should be replaced at the same time as belt change. Tensioner went bad less than 18,000 miles later. Now they want to charge another 500 just to look at it. The damage was obvious when the ac went out after 5 months. They basically said too bad it was sold as is. Honesty and transparency do not exist at this dealership! Lesson learned.

"Service " I took my 2014 Hyundai Accent to the service center for a noise in the front end of the car, it was still under warranty, so they took it back and after checking it out confirmed to me it had a bad drivers side wheel bearing, and then the service person(I did not get his name) told me the car had been repaired before, and that negated the warranty on the vehicle, after that he presented some options to fix the car, and he made sure I knew it wasn't a good idea to drive the car long distance or drive very much unti... read more
"Disappointed" I purchased 3 new cars from them in the past 8 years, I expected better treatment than I received. I purchased my last car over a month ago and because they have not sent me my new license plates I cannot drive my new car and I have been forced to park it. When we contact them they show no sense of urgency to get the plates to me, no apology, nothing. After purchasing 3 new cars from them in 8 years I would have thought the manager or someone would have at least thanked me for my business or my loyalty to them... read more
"Not completely satisfied" I was never contacted back after several attempts to set up my blue link. Also, there are some other missing items from my car, that was on said purchase sheet.
