"Unsatisfied with the dealership" Hyundai of Johnson City is not a dealership that I would probably ever buy from again or recommend to anyone. I am very unsatisfied with this particular dealership. I would recommend the Hyundai veloster as a very good car. The quality of the car is outstanding.

"Cheated" I was cheated out of money on payoff. Angel was great everything else just sucked and I will never recommend this place to anyone for anything

There is a difference in a loan balance and a loan payoff, this difference is due to daily accrued interest on the loan balance. We attempted to explain this to you during the purchase process. "Terrible, frustrating, irritating, awful, disappointing" See previous remarks on survey. Does anyone look at the survey? If you must ask this question again, why? The whole experience wrote a new definition for the word "miserable". If we hadn't liked our 2008 Hyundai so much, we most certainly would have walked out of the dealership much earlier.
"Not the best experience" I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and felt like my experience could have been better. I asked, during negotiations, if Hyundai had a car payment delay program like the other dealerships in the area and was told no by 2 different people. I saw a commercial a few days later for Hyundai stating that there was a program and payments could be delayed for 90 days. Also during negotiations, I was told what my car payment would be and it was something completely different when I reached the finance... read more

"Worst car buying experience ever" My husband and I found a Toyota Tacoma at Friendship Hyundai. My husband took it for a test drive and loved it! We called the bank the same day and was approved for a loan on this vehicle, we simply had to go sign papers and bring the dealer back the check. We live in Knoxville and that is where or credit union is. We were in contact with the dealer and they were aware we had financing. They then sold the vehicle out from under us the day we were bringing them the check!!!! They then offere... read more
