We purchased a Rubicon Jeep. Casey the salesman who supposedly helped us. Was like a deer in headlights the whole time. Never apologizing for anything we questioned him about. Buying the vehicle was a great process. The salesman was wonderful and quick. HOWEVER when we got home we noticed how dirty the vehicle was. We called and they politely offered to detail it again. We got it back and it was still dirty inside but now we have an ungodly amount of scratches on the outside and are going to have to pay someone to buff them out and fix it. Highly disappointed. Don’t trust the detail department. The sales team was so great it sucks to be this disappointed.
