We purchased a Rubicon Jeep. Casey the salesman who supposedly helped us. Was like a deer in headlights the whole time. Never apologizing for anything we questioned him about. This purchase was for our son, who is serving our country. I personally spoke to one of the owners Roy Mullins. He seemed to have an excuse for everything. Buying the vehicle was a great process. The salesman was wonderful and quick. HOWEVER when we got home we noticed how dirty the vehicle was. We called and they politely offered to detail it again. We got it back and it was still dirty inside but now we have an ungodly amount of scratches on the outside and are going to have to pay someone to buff them out and fix it. Highly disappointed. Don’t trust the detail department. The sales team was so great it sucks to be this disappointed.

Highly disappointed with the service department i’ve had to leave my car multiple times and they never call to let me know if anything has been done. Left my car all day today now i will miss work tomorrow because no one in this place knows how to call someone back and i’m without a car now, all because i needed a oil change and breaks looked at.
