My son bought a 2019 Rogue with a missing Trunk Cover and tried for weeks to get it replaced and the salesman Jobe would never tell the truth about it with lots of calls that turned into harassment because my husband called and ask if he was going to replace it, Jobe got very offensive with lies about the call ... now he says he is not going to replace it... my husband has Parkinson's Disease and has not been very talkative for a long time...

There was definitely an issue with our communication. That's something we work on daily to improve.
The employees are friendly but don’t expect to save much compared to the bigger dealerships! Don’t go here and expect to use a online coupon to save money. I was told you have to presnet a printed physical coupon to get a discount. I told the employee that most people don’t even have or use printers anymore. Most coupons are scanned or presented through a iPad or smartphone. They need to get with the times and tech!

y'all have an absolutely worthless parts department ive orders 2 parts this week on seperate occasions snd both times they magically didnt come in. been forced to travel a hour and a half one way twice this week. YOUR DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE

This place damaged my Jeep. Brandon the Service manager offered to sell me the tire at cost, but he couldn't even find it in his system to sell it to me. The GM Roy wouldn't do the right thing either. Greedy greedersons....

Robert, SO sorry that you felt that somehow we damaged a tire when we rotated them. Brandon Loving, our Service Director was quite emphatic that it was completely impossible based on your own description. We would suggest that you check with some of the other dealerships that you have been working with. When we do make a mistake we take care of it 100% of the time, without fail. Good Luck
My Jeep was in for service under warranty 42 days out of 53 days recently. The last month of that I received no call, update or anything for over 30 days. I emailed the service manager advising I had heard nothing for a month and needed an update and was told I would hear something after lunch. I purchased a 18 2500 HD truck back in June. 1st thing I had to take it back because the new purchase clean up was childish, then less than 2000 miles it had ruined the front tires, 1st attempt to do a alignment was far from correct, the 2nd attempt is also bogus it's worn the rotated tires less than 9000 miles. My husband and I were searching for a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab in either a 17 or 18 model. My husband called and was promised a certain price over the phone and then we drove over an hour down there and they wouldn’t honor what we were told. We were lied to! And they acted like we were lying about what we were told over the phone. We are honest people and did not lie about what we were told. We will never consider doing business with them again! I highly do not recommend!
Not a great experience here. Bought a ‘15 Ram 1500, was told i could keep my tag off my trade in and a week later was sent a weighted tag in the mail and fined a $100 for not turning in my tag off my trade in. Called and told them they said they would look into it but the fine should go away if I turned in paper that I traded in my vehicle the tag was on.
